Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with DrPKlyfe! We aim to provide fast, reliable, and affordable shipping to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally.

2. Shipping Rates

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground. Shipping charges are based on your order total:

  • Orders under $40.00: $7.99 flat rate shipping
  • Orders of $40.00 or more: FREE shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship all domestic orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Additional carriers may be used at our discretion for certain order types or regions.

4. Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, handling times may be slightly longer. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or peak holiday volumes.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your shipment at usps.com or via our Order Tracking page.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at customerservice@drpklyfe.com.

7. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. You may request an order cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Eligible timeframe: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Before shipment only: Cancellations are only accepted before an order has been shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
  • How to request: Email us at customerservice@drpklyfe.com with your order number and cancellation request.

8. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your tracking information for the most recent status update.
  2. Contact USPS directly to inquire about your package.
  3. If the issue is unresolved, contact our team at customerservice@drpklyfe.com with your order number and tracking ID.

Please note: DrPKlyfe is not responsible for orders that are marked “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as not received. However, we will work with you and the carrier to investigate the situation.

9. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. DrPKlyfe is not responsible for delays, returns, or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at customerservice@drpklyfe.com before the order ships. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted.
